Hello, I am Sarah Strohmayer, the owner of Stepping Stone Counseling and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I have been working as a counselor since 2009 and been in private practice since 2012. I am dedicated to helping you gain control of your life and assist you in making changes to strive to become the person you desire to be. I can help you identify and achieve your personal goals and help you cope with the issues that are causing distress, anxiety, and anguish life creates. I take immense pride in seeing the progress and success of my clients and look forward to being someone you can trust to help make the first steps towards the happy, healthy life you deserve. I provide individual counseling services for clients ages 16+.
